What to include

A few details help us fix a problem quickly:

• Your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari".
• The page where it happened, such as the daily puzzle or unlimited mode.
• What you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if you can attach one.

Report a word problem

If the game rejects a real word, send us the word. If an answer looks too obscure or inappropriate, tell us the date and board number so we can review it.

Please do not send passwords or personal details. We never need them to look into a problem.

Response time

A person reads every message. Replies can take a few days, and we cannot answer every idea, but each report helps.

Before you write

Many questions are answered on the how to play page or in the what is Octordle guide. Your stats and streak live in your browser, so we cannot restore them if you clear your site data. The privacy policy explains why.
